We are doing this through a number of different avenues including on social media, through facilitated discussions and a range of creative adventures! Letter-writing provides an opportunity for this enquiry; a moment to stop, reflect, and explore our thoughts, feelings, emotions, and beliefs. It can be an opportunity to forgive, acknowledge, express, share and heal. Once this intimate relationship is exposed, a new, dynamic one can be created, leading to self love, healing, power, and grace.
